Project Draft Man

- Develop general concepts for drafting methods and mechanisms for various engineering designs of projects and their annexes.
- Supervise and coordinate with engineers and relevant personnel to prepare and draft engineering plans and designs across all disciplines.
- Coordinate with engineers and relevant personnel to obtain the necessary building drawings and work on documenting and updating them periodically.
- Implement any modifications to designs and ensure their feasibility according to the plans in coordination with engineers and relevant personnel.
- Prepare and execute standard plans for buildings and mailboxes coordinating with engineers and relevant personnel to ensure proper technical application during implementation.
- Organize and coordinate project presentations preparing all required materials using the latest technical and engineering tools.
- Prepare project manuals based on progress and data provided by engineers and relevant personnel.
- Coordinate with the Project Management Director to provide necessary plans to departments and companies as requested.
- Prepare and design detailed project plans including architectural structural fa ade electro mechanical interior finishing and all required drawings ensuring project completion in coordination with engineers and relevant personnel.
- Regularly update engineering drawings in accordance with official approvals and actual on-site implementation.
- Perform any other duties related to this position as assigned.
Requirements
- This role requires a candidate with solid experience in handling technical drawings performing modifications and managing documentation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the similar role.
- Good communication skills.
