About Stravion Group

The Founder-in-Residence (FIR) program is a revenue-sharing engagement designed for founders, consultants, and professionals who want to build and operate their own compliant business in the UAE/GCC under an existing licensed company structure. Participants build and validate their own service-based or B2B ventures while operating under Stravion’s licensed infrastructure and governance frameworks. This is a partnership model, not employment.

You'll be defining and refining your own business or service offering for the UAE/GCC market. You'll execute market entry, sales, and client acquisition activities. This program helps you move from idea → revenue → repeatable scale, within a compliant framework.

What you'll do

• Define and refine your business or service offering for the UAE/GCC market.
• Execute market entry, sales, and client acquisition activities.
• Participate in weekly strategic working sessions and cohort learning.
• Deliver services to clients under Stravion’s compliant legal and financial framework.
• Use provided systems for contracts, invoicing, and financial tracking.
• Build repeatable delivery processes to support scale.

Requirements

• You have founder, entrepreneurial, or consulting experience.
• You possess monetizable professional skills or a viable service concept.
• You are blocked by licensing or compliance constraints in the UAE.
• You want to test or enter the GCC market without high upfront setup costs.
• You can commit to weekly engagement and execution.
• You are comfortable with a performance-based, revenue-sharing partnership model.
