Responsibilities:

Backend support for telecom/FTTH operations

Update service orders activations and fault closures

Coordinate with field teams and NOC

Maintain records reports and system data

Support inventory and documentation
Requirements:

13 years back office experience (telecom preferred)
-
Good MS Excel and email skills
-
Basic telecom/FTTH knowledge
