Job Summary

Al Marwan Group is seeking a Trainee / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on major infrastructure projects in the UAE. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in cost management measurement and contract administration under the guidance of senior QS staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in quantity take-offs BOQs cost estimates and budgets

• Support interim valuations payment applications and final accounts

• Help monitor project costs variations and change control

• Assist in subcontractor package evaluation and tender preparation

• Maintain accurate records of quantities costs and site instructions

• Liaise with site teams consultants and subcontractors

• Support commercial reporting and progress summaries

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field

• 02 years of experience in UAE experience is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of FIDIC contracts preferred familiarity with CESMM an advantage

• Proficient in MS Excel QS software and AutoCAD knowledge a plus

• Strong numerical analytical and organizational skills

• Good English communication skills Arabic is an advantage

• Willingness to work on site-based infrastructure projects
