Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent located in Dubai, UAE. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, managing property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Active RERA License
- UAE Driving License
- Good English-Speaking Skills
- Minimum 1-yr Real Estate experience in Dubai
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of real estate best practices and regulations
- Proven track record of sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify and recommend available properties by exploring current and future needs of the clients
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and on weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in property management, proficiency in multiple languages, and knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
