Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Data Manager to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, maintaining, and analyzing company data while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company databases, records, and data systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Handle data entry, validation, reconciliation, and regular updates.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports and dashboards for management.
- Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Organize and maintain large volumes of data in an efficient manner.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect, verify, and consolidate information.
- Maintain proper documentation and data-management procedures.
- Assist management with data analysis and insights for business decision-making.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports and data.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and coordinate with relevant technical teams when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management, data administration, or a similar role.
- Hands-on familiarity with A1 Systems is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data organization, formulas, PivotTables, and reporting.
- Experience working with databases and data-management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
- Previous experience in the UAE/GCC market will be an advantage.
