Emergency Medicine

We are looking for candidates who have completed an accredited medical school and residency program, and who hold a valid and current state medical license. Additional certification in Emergency Medicine is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be dealing with a fast-paced and high-stress environment. We are seeking team players who can work collaboratively with others and have a strong commitment to patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate medical attention to patients
• Assess and diagnose patients based on their symptoms and medical history
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on their condition
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Provide ongoing care and monitoring to patients until they are stable or transferred
• Document patient care and progress in medical records
• Consult with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
• Educate patients and their families on proper self-care and follow-up instructions

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Valid and current state medical license
• Certification in Emergency Medicine preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in a high-stress environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Commitment to patient care and safety
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holiday
