Role Overview
The Social Media Assistant will support daily social media activities by creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and assisting with digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule content for social media platforms
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports
Capture and edit photos or videos for online content when required
Research current trends and suggest creative content ideas
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Support the marketing team with promotional activities
Candidate Profile
Freshers can apply
Passion for social media and digital marketing
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic design tools is an advantage
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
