Job Description
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist counter staff by getting stationary supplies.
- Handle printing and photocopying requests promptly and accurately.
- Provide assistance with coffee service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the client area by calling cleaners to clean the area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or office administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism.
