Job Summary

We are urgently hiring an experienced Waiter for a restaurant in Sharjah who is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and making sure guests have a pleasant dining experience.

The candidate should be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Key Responsibilities
  

• Welcome and seat customers politely
  
• Present menus and explain food and drink options
  
• Take customer orders accurately
  
• Serve food and beverages on time
  
• Check customer satisfaction during meals
  
• Handle customer requests and complaints professionally
  
• Prepare bills and process payments
  
• Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized
  
• Follow hygiene and safety standards 
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  
• Previous experience as a waiter/server is an advantage
  
• Good communication and customer service skills
  
• Basic English speaking skills (if required)
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Good grooming and professional appearance
  
• Ability to stand for long hours
  
• Teamwork and positive attitude
  
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages
  
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holiday
