Job Description
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the spa therapist team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Ensure all treatments are performed according to brand standards and established protocols.
- Monitor therapist performance, productivity, and service quality.
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related concerns professionally.
- Assist in scheduling therapists based on business levels and treatment bookings.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Support inventory control and proper usage of spa products.
- Promote spa services and retail products to maximize revenue.
- Assist Spa Manager with daily reports and operational tasks when required.
Qualifications
- Certified Spa Therapist with recognized
qualifications
. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a spa environment, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques, facials, and body treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
