About the role:
1. Manage procurement life cycle (PR creation tracking approvals)
2. Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and ensure accurate receipt recording
3. Coordinate with business units vendors finance teams and IT
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
5. Process high-volume quotes and invoices (avg. 400/month)
6. Maintain accurate records and reports
7. Managing the vehicle expense tracker
8. Coordinate vehicle maintenance repairs and inspections
9. Manage vehicle documentation (registrations insurance permits)
10. Ensure fleet safety and regulatory compliance
