Dubai Lead Creative Strategist — Short-Form DTC Ads
GETHR
GETHR in Dubai is hiring for a full-time Head of Creative to build and scale performance video ads for our DTC brands. You will lead 4-5 video editors, own the weekly creative testing pipeline across Meta and TikTok, and collaborate with the media buying team to optimize spend and ROAS.
You bring 1-3 years of producing or directing performance ads, strong hands-on skills in Premiere/After Effects/CapCut, and fluency in English.
