Phlebotomist (Emirati National)
King's College
King’s College Hospital Dubai is seeking a dedicated and qualified Emirati Phlebotomist to join our Allied Health team. This role is ideal for candidates committed to delivering high‑quality patient care within a reputable healthcare institution.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures in accordance with hospital standards
- Correctly label, handle, and transport specimens to the laboratory
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times
- Adhere to infection control policies, safety standards, and DHA regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Collaborate with laboratory and clinical teams as required
Qualifications
- UAE National (Emirati Passport and Family Book required)
- Valid DHA License or Eligibility letter as Phlebotomist
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
- Willingness and ability to work in Dubai
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
