Collections Team Lead - Delinquency Recovery
SupportFinity™
SupportFinity™ is seeking a professional in Abu Dhabi to manage delinquent accounts and vulnerable accounts in secured products. This role involves motivating a team to achieve financial targets and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in consumer banking, including a managerial role. Responsibilities also include leading debt counseling discussions and negotiating settlements with customers.
