Workshop Manager

Resposibilites:
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations and maintenance activities.
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Lead and coordinate technicians, mechanics, and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely repair of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Monitor workshop productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and manufacturer standards.
- Control maintenance costs and manage the workshop budget effectively.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, job cards, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with project, fleet, and operations teams to ensure equipment availability.
- Liaise with external vendors for specialized repairs and services.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop performance and equipment reliability.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in workshop or fleet maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, and maintenance planning.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, workshop operations, and spare parts management.
- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
