Retention Floor Manager - Dubai

Our client is a well-established, regulated Forex and CFD brokerage with a growing international presence. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Retention Floor Manager to lead and develop a high-performing retention team based in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leader with a proven background in regulated financial services and client retention.

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of Retention Agents to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  
• Drive client retention, deposits and trading activity through effective coaching and performance management.
  
• Monitor daily team performance, call quality and productivity.
  
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
  
• Develop strategies to maximise client lifetime value and retention rates.
  
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  
• Work closely with Sales, Compliance, CRM and Management teams.
  
• Produce regular performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  
• Recruit, train and onboard new team members as required.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a Retention team within a regulated Forex or CFD brokerage .
  
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
  
• Proven track record of consistently achieving retention and revenue targets.
  
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
  
• In-depth understanding of the client lifecycle and retention strategies.
  
• Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  
• Fluent English is essential. Additional languages are an advantage.
