Assistant Night Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Night Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during night hours providing leadership to the Night Audit team and maintaining exceptional guest service standards.

• Oversee the night audit and reporting process ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and incidents
• Manage and support the Night Audit team providing guidance and direction as needed
• Ensure the safety security and comfort of both guests and team members throughout the night
• Prepare and review daily weekly and monthly reports reflecting the hotels trading results
• Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
• Maintain responsibility for the overall auditing and administration functions during night operations
• Manage the Guest Relations function including handling any disruptive guests with discretion
• Oversee all departments in the absence of their respective managers during night operations
• Ensure the hotel operates efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in workplace consultations on matters pertaining to workplace health and safety
• Adapt to various tasks as needed including reception concierge duties and room service

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in Night Audit or Front Office roles within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar property management systems
• Valid CPR certification
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card
• Ability to work night shifts including weekends and holidays
• Adaptability to handle various tasks and workloads
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Ability to make decisive actions in high-pressure situations
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and guest needs
• Goal-oriented approach to achieving operational targets and guest satisfaction
