We are seeking a charming and experienced Yacht Hostess to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our valued guests providing exceptional service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere on board our luxurious yachts. Your experience as cabin crew will be a valuable asset as youll possess the hospitality skills safety knowledge and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests aboard the yacht with a warm and professional demeanor.
  
• Attend to guest needs throughout their charter ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  
  
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to guest preferences and high-end hospitality standards.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in guest areas.
  
  
• Assist with setting up and clearing away for meals and events.
  
  
• Ensure guest safety by adhering to all maritime regulations and emergency procedures.
  
  
• Contribute to a positive and professional crew environment.
  
  
• May be required to assist with light housekeeping duties.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as cabin crew or in a similar hospitality role (e.g. high-end restaurant server).
  
  
• Experience working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  
  
• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  
  
• Impeccable personal appearance and grooming standards.
  
  
• Valid UAE residence visa or willingness to obtain one (preferred).
  
  
• Fluency in English and Arabic (a plus).
  
  
• Experience working on yachts (a plus).
  
  
• First Aid/CPR certification (a plus).
