About the Role:

Zam Zam Metal Works is looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our client base across the UAE. In this field-based role, you will represent our metal fabrication services directly to industrial decision-makers. You will be responsible for visiting companies, factory sites, and warehouses to pitch our capabilities, build strong B2B relationships, and secure new business contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Field Prospecting: Actively target, visit, and pitch to potential clients, including industrial facilities, commercial operations, warehouses, and contracting companies across UAQ and surrounding Emirates.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with procurement managers, project leaders, and facility owners to generate continuous order flow.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify market opportunities, initiate contact with potential accounts, evaluate client requirements, and close orders.
• Market Reporting: Keep track of client visits, feedback, pipeline status, and market trends to provide regular updates to upper management.
• End-to-End Coordination: Liaise between the client and our internal production team to ensure project specifications, quotes, and timelines are communicated clearly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in B2B field sales or business development (experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, industrial services, or technical sales is a strong advantage).
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in English (Arabic or Malayalam or additional regional languages are a plus).
• Self-Motivated: Strong drive to achieve targets independently while spending significant time in the field visiting potential clients.
