Estimation Engineer
Al Habib Alum and Glass Cont LLC
Al Habib is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and quotations
- Obtain and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
- Prepare rate analysis and detailed cost breakdownsCoordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities
- Support the preparation and timely submission of tenders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant estimation/tendering experience
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, drawings, costing, and rate analysis
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
- Strong analytical and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
