Are you a motivated graduate with a passion for engineering in the maritime industry AECOM invites you to apply for the role of Graduate Engineer Ports & Marine within our dedicated team. This opportunity is part of our Graduate Program where you will work closely with experienced Engineers on exciting port and marine projects.

About the Role: As a Graduate Engineer Ports & Marine at AECOM you will play a vital role in developing designs calculations sketches diagrams and project models according to specific discipline requirements. You will collaborate with experienced Engineers to ensure highquality outputs within project timelines. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with design content using design and technical knowledge to meet project objectives.
• Performing work under supervision to meet budget and schedule requirements.
• Collecting and analyzing information from disciplinespecific and interdisciplinary project BIM models.
• Utilizing computer software to solve fundamental engineering problems.
• Coordinating with other discipline Engineers to maintain design continuity.
• Participating in design progress and coordination meetings.
• Ensuring the quality of model production by BIM/CAD teams verifying accuracy to design instructions.
• Actively seeking information and opportunities to contribute to project efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Solving problems and applying knowledge to atypical assignments contributing to project success.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in one or more of the following subjects from an accredited University
   • Structural engineering
   • Geotechnical engineering
   • Coastal engineering
   • Marine engineering
2. Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOMs Graduate Program.
3. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
4. As part of AECOMs commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
