Aluminum Cladding Fitter

Key Responsibilities:
- Install aluminum cladding panels, facades, and related components as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Measure, mark, cut, shape, and fit aluminum sheets and sections using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, technical plans, and installation details.
- Fix brackets, frames, supports, and cladding panels securely and accurately.
- Carry out sealing, finishing, and weatherproofing works where required.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality, alignment, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other trades on site to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report material shortages, defects, or installation issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in aluminum cladding, facade installation, or related construction work.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of aluminum cladding systems, curtain walls, and facade components.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights when required.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
