1. We are looking for an experienced Landscape & Pool Engineer to manage the technical design, coordination, execution, and quality control of landscape and swimming pool works. The role involves coordinating with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure that all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Landscape Works

• Review and coordinate landscape drawings, layouts, details, and specifications.
• Supervise the execution of softscape and hardscape works, including paving, planting, irrigation, planters, walkways, water features, and outdoor structures.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Verify levels, dimensions, slopes, drainage, and setting-out requirements.
• Review plant species, soil requirements, planting methods, and irrigation systems.
• Monitor material quality and ensure compliance with approved samples and specifications.
• Coordinate landscape works with civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and MEP services.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.

Swimming Pool Works

• Coordinate the design, installation, and execution of swimming pool systems.
• Review pool structural, architectural, waterproofing, plumbing, filtration, and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate pool piping, pumps, filtration systems, drains, skimmers, lighting, water treatment, and associated equipment.
• Inspect waterproofing, tiling, coping, expansion joints, and finishing works.
• Monitor pressure testing and commissioning of pool piping and equipment.
• Coordinate with specialist pool contractors and equipment suppliers.
• Ensure proper installation and alignment of pool equipment and services.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover.

Project & Site Coordination

• Review approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist contractors.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, inspection requests, and technical documents.
• Identify site clashes and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
• Maintain inspection, testing, and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and quantity measurements.
• Support snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in landscape, swimming pool, construction, or related engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of landscape construction and swimming pool systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, structural, landscape, plumbing, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of pool filtration, circulation, drainage, waterproofing, and water-treatment systems.
• Good understanding of construction materials and installation methods.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other design software is an advantage.
• Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in luxury villas, hotels, resorts, residential developments, or commercial projects.
• Experience with swimming pools, fountains, water features, irrigation, and external works.
• Knowledge of landscape lighting, drainage, irrigation, and pump systems.
• Experience coordinating specialist subcontractors and suppliers.
• Familiarity with relevant local/international standards and project specifications.
