Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections, and collaborating with various departments to maintain compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, materials, and products to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyse data and metrics related to product quality, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and ensure effective solutions are in place.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality manuals.
• Train employees on quality control procedures and best practices to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to quality management and improvement.
• Participate in product development initiatives to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the outset.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Quality Engineering is a plus.
• Experience with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality management systems.
• Familiarity with statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
