Omnix is expanding its team and seeking experienced BIM professionals across multiple disciplines.
BIM Architecture / Structural Engineer / Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain architectural or structural BIM models.
- Prepare detailed BIM drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate architectural/structural models with other disciplines.
- Identify and resolve design and coordination issues.
- Ensure models comply with project standards and specifications.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and model reviews.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant BIM experience.
- Strong understanding of BIM modelling and coordination.
- UAE project experience preferred.
General Requirements
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Relevant experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
