Information Technology (IT) Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Information Technology (IT) Intern to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT while contributing to real-world projects.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users
- Support the maintenance and updating of company databases
- Collaborate with the IT team on network administration tasks
- Participate in the development and testing of software applications
- Help maintain and update company websites and internal portals
- Assist in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures
- Contribute to the documentation of IT processes and procedures
- Participate in IT-related research and data analysis projects
- Support the setup and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
- Assist in providing technical support to staff members as needed
Qualifications :
- A student or a graduate of a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python Java or C
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Knowledge of operating systems including Windows and Linux
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Must be able to work on-site in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates
