Production Supervisor

Taaza Healthy Food Industries LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join its growing operations team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations within the manufacturing facility

• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality standards

• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency

• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene requirements

• Support quality control procedures and operational excellence initiatives

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource utilization

• Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner

• Promote a safe and productive working environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or a related field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or food production industry

• Sound knowledge of fresh produce manufacturing and production processes

• Good understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage production teams and maintain operational efficiency
