Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic manufacturing this role you will play a pivotal part in shaping the visual identity and communication strategy across internal and external platforms. Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality visual designs for product packaging labels safety signage and technical documentation.
  
• Create digital and print assets for marketing materials including brochures banners social media content and trade show displays.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy brand consistency and compliance with manufacturing and safety regulations.
  
• Maintain and update brand guidelines design templates and asset libraries for efficient reuse across departments.
  
• Translate technical specifications and engineering drawings into clear visually intuitive graphics for user manuals and instructional materials.
  
• Optimize designs for various production methods including screen printing digital printing and laser engraving.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and detail.
  
• Conduct regular reviews of design outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards regulatory requirements and manufacturing feasibility.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or a related field.
  
• 3 years of professional experience in graphic design preferably within manufacturing industrial or engineering environments.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) with experience in vector graphics and print production workflows.
  
• Strong understanding of typography color theory layout principles and brand identity development.
  
• Experience creating technical illustrations schematics or user interface graphics for industrial applications.
  
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes safety standards (e.g. OSHA ISO) and regulatory labeling requirements.
  
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation for visual representation.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented deadline-driven environment.
  
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work including packaging signage technical illustrations and marketing collateral.
