QC Engineer

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of QC Engineer in Abu Dhabi . Our client is a reputed organization in the Precast / Cement Products / Ready-Mix Concrete sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on precast concrete products.
  
• Prepare and validate concrete mix designs.
  
• Conduct raw material quality testing and analysis.
  
• Perform RCPT water permeability cube and cylinder strength tests.
  
• Prepare technical submittals and compliance statements.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
  
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for quality improvements.
  
• Maintain testing records and quality documentation.
  

Required Skills

• Mix Design Preparation Ability to prepare and optimise concrete mix designs.
  
• Raw Material Testing Knowledge of testing cement aggregates and admixtures.
  
• Concrete Testing Hands-on experience with RCPT cube cylinder and permeability testing.
  
• Technical Documentation Ability to prepare technical submittals and compliance statements.
  
• Quality Assurance Strong understanding of QC procedures in precast manufacturing.
  

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ASTM/BS/ACI standards.
  
• Experience using laboratory testing equipment.
  
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Precast Factory Cement Products or Ready-Mix Concrete Industry . Experience in quality control laboratories and concrete testing is essential.

Education

• Minimum: Diploma in Civil Engineering
  
• Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
  
• Additional Certifications: Quality Control / Concrete Technology Certification (Preferred)

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D and Navisworks. Proficiency in creating 3D models Piping Isometrics GA drawings and Piping -depth knowledge of Piping BOM MTO and Piping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with piping support systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solid understanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guide a team towards successful project completion.

Required Education:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the design stream.
