A dynamic international organisation with operations spanning Africa, Europe, North America and the Caribbean is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join its growing finance team in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly entrepreneurial business undergoing international expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a complex, multi-entity treasury function, working closely with senior finance leadership in Dubai and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and longer-term cash flow forecasting across multiple international entities.
• Monitor group liquidity and working capital requirements.
• Support structured trade finance and collateral-based funding facilities.
• Coordinate banking relationships, KYC renewals, facility documentation and covenant reporting.
• Assist with treasury reporting and treasury administration.
• Support funding activities involving inventory and receivables-backed finance.
• Work closely with finance teams across multiple jurisdictions to understand the downstream impact of cash movements.
• Assist with treasury process improvements and optimisation.
• Collaborate with senior finance leadership on strategic treasury initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or similar.
• Approximately 3–5 years' treasury experience or equivalent treasury exposure.
• Strong cash flow forecasting experience within a multi-entity environment.
• Exposure to trade finance products and treasury operations.
• Understanding of borrowing base facilities, structured trade finance or collateral-backed funding.
• Experience managing banking relationships, KYC processes and covenant reporting.
• Understanding of working capital management.
• Knowledge of FX concepts would be advantageous.
• Experience within agriculture, commodities, manufacturing, trading, FMCG or another working-capital-intensive industry will be highly advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills.
