Business Intelligence Analyst Lead

Responsibilities
- Independently consult with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope
- Design and develop analytic studies and reporting solutions
- Lead the development of analysis approach and reporting based on business questions
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries for sophisticated data analysis
- Mentor junior BI developers through project feedback and code reviews
- Use statistical methods and data visualization to communicate insights
- Troubleshoot data quality issues through profiling and validation
- Participate in and advise on strategic departmental initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Proficiency in data structures, programming, and statistics
- Strong experience managing multiple projects independently
- Ability to translate technical analyses to non-technical stakeholders
