Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused, reliable Cashier / OrderTakerto join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate shouldhave experience in cashiering, order-taking, POS operations, and customer service ina fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Processcash, card, and digital paymentsusing the POS system.
• Accurately enter customer orders and communicate them to the kitchenteam.
• Upsell menu items, beverages, and special offers to increase sales.
• Pack and hand over completed takeaway and delivery orders.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are prepared accurately andon time.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints or concernsprofessionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the cashier counterand front-of-house area.
• Follow allfood safety, hygiene, and company policies andprocedures.
• Balance the cash drawer and complete all end-of-shift cashier proceduresaccurately.
• Support the team with other front-of-house duties as required.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Cashier, Order Taker, or Food Runner in the F&B industry
  
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions
  
• Good communication and customer service skills
  
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Well-groomed, reliable, and a team player
  
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
