Your impact

Our aviation team in the Middle East is experiencing exciting growth and we have a need for a strong Senior Airfield Engineer to provide technical expertise and support in airfield and airport infrastructure related design projects.

You will be required to meet project milestones and quality of deliverables, and you will be seen as a specialist in the field of airfield engineering with the company sharing expertise and solving complex technical and phasing issues in addition, your duties will include managing client relationships and a multidisciplinary design team and in delivering designs of airfield projects.

Here's what you will be working on:

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and design teams.

• Develop and review engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, specifications, and design documentation.

• Ensure designs comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including ICAO, FAA, EASA, GCAA and local aviation authority standards.

• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including civil, utilities, structures, transportation, planning, and environmental specialists.

• Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.

• Lead the design and delivery of airfield engineering projects from concept through detailed design and construction support.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Airport, or Infrastructure Engineering.

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including at least 7 years in airport projects.

• Strong knowledge of airfield pavements, ICAO Annex 14, FAA standards, and construction management.

• Experience delivering projects in operational airport environments.

• Professional certification (PMP, PE, CEng, or equivalent) is an advantage.

• Middle East Project Experience in Airports preferable.
