Role Overview
The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide professional assistance
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are organized
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
Support billing, stock checking, and store operations
Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the store
Support promotional activities and sales campaigns
