• The Content Creator & Social Media Executive role is integral to Marsa Boulevard’s marketing strategy. It involves creating and managing high-quality content that captures the destination's experience and aligns with the brand identity. This hands-on role requires regular onsite presence, especially during events and peak periods, ensuring timely content capture and delivery. The role also involves preparing performance reports to support content optimization and marketing decision-making. Success in this role hinges on creativity, initiative, collaboration, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Content Creation

• Develop engaging content for social media platforms including Reels, Stories, short videos, photography, and other formats.
• Capture high-quality photo and video content onsite during events, campaigns, and daily experiences.
• Edit video and photographic content for social media and digital channels ensuring timely and optimized delivery.

Social Media Management

• Support the day-to-day management of social media channels, including planning, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand presence through accurate tagging and captions alongside proactive social media support.

Reporting and Collaboration

• Prepare and submit weekly content and performance reports detailing metrics, audience engagement, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams, agencies, tenants, and partners to meet content requirements across campaigns and stakeholder needs.

General

• Take ownership of content creation from concept development to final delivery.
• Ensure alignment of all content with brand identity, guidelines, and marketing objectives.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple content priorities to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate creativity and initiative in influencing content direction within a fast-paced environment.

• Strong video shooting and editing skills, especially on mobile devices.
• Proficiency in photography and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create content from concept to final edit independently.
• Knowledge of social media trends, platforms, content formats, and audience engagement.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Film, Photography, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting social media platforms and content calendars, particularly with lifestyle, retail, entertainment, events, or destination brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent tools. Portfolio of previous work required.
