- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings when required

- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company positively at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
