Are you a hands‑on, proactive professional with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? SV Companies is looking for a skilled Facilities Supervisor to take charge of the daily maintenance, safety and functionality of our buildings and facilities.

In this key role, you’ll lead maintenance teams, coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, conduct inspections and ensure all work meets company standards, safety regulations, and project requirements. You’ll be the go‑to person for facility‑related issues keeping everything operating efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and coordinate repairs or preventive maintenance as needed.
• Assist in maintaining NIP compliance with local building codes, health & safety regulations, and fire safety standards.
• Monitor daily progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Oversee building access control, safety procedures, and emergency preparedness.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
• Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Identify and resolve issues or delays that may impact productivity.
• Schedule and oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and renovations as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, service providers, and relevant authorities.
• Liaise with external contractors, service providers, and suppliers.
• Respond promptly to any facility‑related emergencies or complaints.
• Report hazards, incidents, major issues, or recommendations to senior management immediately.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentability of all common areas and facilities.
• Monitor and manage waste disposal and recycling procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Facility Management, Engineering, or Building Services is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities supervision, or a related role.
• Familiarity with NIP building regulations, safety standards, maintenance procedures, and mechanical, electrical, & plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage staff, contractors, and vendors effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
