Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s reception desk.

• Respond to patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Aesthetic or Dermatology Clinic.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Fluent in English.
