A company in Dubai is seeking a Counter Staff member to support daily customer service and counter operations. The role involves assisting customers, handling orders and payments, maintaining an organized counter area, and coordinating with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day service.Freshers can apply
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and provide friendly assistance at the counter.
Receive customer orders and ensure details are recorded correctly.
Explain available products, services, prices, and offers when required.
Process cash, card, and other approved payment methods accurately.
Issue receipts and maintain proper records of daily transactions.
Handle customer questions and provide timely information.
Coordinate with kitchen, sales, service, or operations teams to complete orders efficiently.
Keep the counter, display area, and surrounding workspace clean and organized.
Monitor product availability and inform the supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
Assist with stock checking and basic inventory records when required.
Handle customer requests professionally and refer complex concerns to the supervisor.
Follow company procedures for cash handling, customer service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
Support other daily operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.
