Document Controller

Genfocus UAE is looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in document management, invoicing, and administrative coordination who can efficiently support daily business operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining documentation, preparing invoices and delivery notes, coordinating with testing engineers and clients, and ensuring accurate record keeping. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Tally, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize documents, records, and electronic files.

• Prepare and issue delivery notes accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with testing engineers regarding job schedules, reports, and documentation.

• Prepare invoices and assist with e-invoice generation and processing.

• Use Tally for invoicing, data entry, and maintaining transaction records.

• Assist with costing calculations and invoice verification.

• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and invoice status.

• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely document submission.

• Maintain records of completed jobs, delivery notes, invoices, and payments.

• Perform other administrative and documentation-related duties as required.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.

• Hands-on experience with Tally and e-invoicing is required.

• Previous experience in document control, invoicing, or administrative coordination is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Basic accounting knowledge and numerical skills for costing and invoicing.

• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and meet deadlines.

Strong knowledge of:

• Tally, e-invoicing, and invoice processing.

• Document control, record management, and administrative coordination.

• Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, costing, and basic accounting principles.
