The Role
Create memorable, high-impact customer experiences on the shop floor
Drive performance through personalised consultations, expert product knowledge and relationship-building
Represent a globally iconic makeup brand with confidence, professionalism, creativity, and individuality

Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate
A natural communicator with strong sales instincts and the ability to connect authentically with every client
Passionate about makeup artistry; hands-on experience is an advantage, but confidence, charisma and commercial mindset are essential
Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with Arabic proficiency a strong asset
Lives and breathes an inclusive, respectful, bold and self-expressive brand culture
Previous GCC retail experience is preferred
