The Role
As Junior Sommelier, you are starting to build your career in wine with a team that will teach you. You support wine service on the floor, look after the cellar, and learn the list inside out.
What You'll Do
- Support wine service on the floor
- Help guests with recommendations and pairings
- Look after cellar organisation and stock
- Support the sommelier team during service
- Learn the list and the producers behind it
- Help with tastings and wine events
What You Need
- Some experience in wine service or a strong wine interest
- Holding a wine certification (WSET preferred)
- Warm and eager to learn
- Organised and reliable
- Fluent English
