We work with SMEs and growing companies across the GCC, enabling them to operate with clarity, control, and confidence.

We are building the infrastructure for the next phase of financial compliance and digital transformation in the region, with a strong focus on e-invoicing and scalable financial operations

Job Purpose

The UAE Marketing Lead will own mazeed’s marketing presence in the UAE, ensuring strong positioning, high-quality execution, and fast, relevant campaigns aligned with market needs.

This role will drive campaign direction, elevate creative quality, and ensure mazeed is consistently visible, competitive, and well-positioned within the UAE ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Market Ownership & Intelligence

· Own understanding of the UAE market (SMEs, finance, SaaS, regulatory landscape)

· Monitor competitor activity, trends, and regulatory updates

· Identify opportunities for positioning, campaigns, and growth

· Share actionable insights regularly with leadership and marketing team

2. Campaign Direction & Localization

· Define campaign angles, messaging, and priorities for the UAE market

· Translate business objectives into clear marketing briefs for the Marketing team

· Ensure campaigns are relevant, localized, and aligned with market dynamics

3. Real-Time & Reactive Marketing

· Identify and act on real-time opportunities (news, trends, announcements)

· Launch fast, relevant campaigns across channels

· Ensure mazeed is present in key market conversations

4. Events & Community Leadership

· Own UAE events strategy and execution (webinars, workshops, networking events)

· Represent mazeed in key industry events and partnerships

· Build and grow a strong ecosystem presence (SMEs, founders, finance professionals)

· Leverage events and community for brand awareness and lead generation

5. Community & Ecosystem Engagement

· Build and maintain relationships with founders, SMEs, accountants, partners, and ecosystem players in the UAE

· Actively engage in communities, meetups, and relevant industry groups

· Represent mazeed in local networking opportunities

6. Events Execution (On-Ground)

· Research and identify relevant UAE events, exhibitions, and initiatives

· Execute participation in events (booths, logistics, coordination)

· Attend events and ensure proper coverage and representation

· Report outcomes (leads, partnerships, insights)

7. Content Support & Coverage

· Capture on-ground content (videos, photos, testimonials, interviews)

· Coordinate with the content and design teams for production and publishing

· Ensure real-time content coverage during events and activities

8. Partnerships Activation (Local Execution)

· Support activation of existing partnerships in the UAE

· Attend partner events and ensure proper representation

· Coordinate with internal teams to execute co-marketing activities locally

9. Opportunities & Initiatives

· Research and apply to: Competitions, Awards, Government initiatives, Startup programs

· Ensure mazeed is always present in relevant opportunities

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications , or a related field

• 6–8 years of experience in marketing, growth, community, or events roles (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or B2B)

• Strong understanding of the UAE market, SME/startup ecosystem, and business landscape

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with on-ground engagement, networking, and event representation

• Comfortable with basic content creation (photo/video capture and coordination with content teams)

• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams

• Arabic is a plus
