Are you a finance transformation leader with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA
I'm looking for a Senior Manager – SAP S/4HANA Finance to spearhead strategic implementations and ensure seamless integration of finance systems across the enterprise.
???? What You'll Do
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Treasury
- Act as a subject matter expert , providing functional guidance across Finance and Procurement operations
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements , define solutions, and execute end-to-end SAP Finance implementations
- Analyze gaps between standard functionalities and business needs, delivering customizations and enhancements
- Identify risks related to SAP/ERP implementation and testing, developing strategies for mitigation and success
- Drive comprehensive system testing , ensuring reliability and alignment with business objectives
- Support training and communication efforts to promote user adoption of new SAP Finance functionalities
- Champion change management and adoption initiatives using a Balanced Scorecard methodology
✅ What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, master's degree, or professional finance certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a strong plus
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
- Proven knowledge of finance and accounting principles , business processes, and reporting standards
- Airline industry experience is highly desirable
