Structural Packaging & Retail Display Designer

Responsibilities
- Deliver temporary promotional packaging and pre-packed retail merchandise vehicles that withstand supply chain handling
- Develop innovative, structurally sound, and cost-effective prepacked merchandise vehicles
- Manage formal ship testing to ensure structural integrity and compatibility with the retail supply chain
- Provide continuous improvement of existing POP vehicles through material and labor reductions
- Support Merchandising Specialists through the display development process from concept to deployment
- Manage ideation, project development, specification generation, and vendor management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Sales, Project Managers, and Graphic Designers
- Travel to co-packers for start-ups as required
Requirements
- 2-3 years of structural corrugated experience (Corrugated material, Secondary packaging)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Willingness and availability to travel up to 20%
