Description
Apt Resources is looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Manager for the HORECA (Hotels Restaurants and Catering) sector to join their client a reputable catering company. In this pivotal role you will develop and implement sales strategies to expand the companys footprint in the HORECA market. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients managing a sales team and driving revenue growth through effective sales practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the HORECA market and achieve sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HORECA sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients within the hospitality and catering industry.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of catering services.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector or catering industry.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Leadership experience with the ability to train and motivate a sales team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software for sales management.
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs in the HORECA sector.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
