• NEBOSH IGC: Mandatory.
• Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety: Optional.
• ADOSH-SF Registration: Registered with ADOSH (formerly OSHAD), as applicable.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in major infrastructure and pipeline construction projects in the UAE.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ADOSH-SF requirements and applicable Abu Dhabi HSE legislation.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification: Optional.
• Technical Competencies: Proven experience in HSE management, risk assessments, site inspections, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and contractor HSE management.
• Operational Experience: Experience working on projects within live operational environments will be highly desirable.
• Communication and Reporting: Good reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
