Job Description

We are looking for a Food and Beverage (F&B) Associate to assist in the daily operations of our dining facilities. The F&B Associate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.

Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

Assist in preparing and plating food items as needed.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Process payments and operate the cash register.

Maintain inventory and restock supplies as necessary.

Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and serving.

Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure efficient service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.

Proven experience as an F&B Associate, Waiter/Waitress, or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Basic math skills for handling payments.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
