YouTube Video Editor: End-to-End Storytelling & Growth

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking a senior video editor to own end-to-end post-production for high-performing YouTube content, from ingest and assembly through final delivery.
You will shape narratives with pacing, music, graphics and sound design to maximize retention and watch time, collaborate with producers and stakeholders, and apply platform-specific strategies to grow the channel. You must meet tight deadlines and bring a data-informed mindset to editorial decisions.
